SUMMARY
The recent renewed effort to control malaria spearhead by W.H.O. is undoubtedly due to some of the recent discoveries concerning the epidemiology of the disease particularly in Africa which accounts for approximatively 80 percent of malaria cases and 90-95 % of malaria related death.
