SUMMARY
The authors propose a cytologic stain polychrome at the basis of fuchsin, methylen blue and eosin. On rapid realisation according to simple protocol, this coloration allows a good chromatic differentiation of nuclear and cytoplasmic structures. The NEO-FME is indicated for malaria's parasites research of blood and the leucocyte differential count. The rapidity in which this technique can be put into action (3 to 4 mn) facilitates the process of examination and consequently the diagnosis, hence, it's efficiency in emergency medical car situations.
